Physician-Hospital Relations (PHR) Representative

Tiller-Hewitt Physician PHR Representative strategically increases market share for our clients through direct sales to and relationship development with providers and other referral sources in the primary and secondary markets.

The successful professional in this role will:

  • Manage the relationship with targeted providers and other referral sources by way of consistent communication to identify needs and promote services.
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and support provider satisfaction, retention and alignment strategies.
  • Serve as the face of organization with ongoing communication to providers and other referral sources to maintain and grow relationship; thereby, ensuring practitioner retention and loyalty.
