Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders.
Tammy is now President of the Mid-America Healthcare Executives Forum, past chair of the chapter’s program committee and Chair of the ACHE 2023-2024 Articles of the Year Award Committee. She is a frequent presenter, facilitator and content contributor on leadership topics at the chapter and national level. She is the recipient of the ACHE Service Award.
She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the John Maxwell Team of certified leadership coaches, trainers, speakers and professionals. Tammy offers workshops, seminars and keynote speaking.

Tommy Tiller is the COO of Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies.
Tommy manages Tiller-Hewitt’s partnerships with hospitals, health systems, healthcare leaders, and physicians to build programs that consistently deliver strategic growth and measurable results. He oversees strategic growth operational readiness assessments, and the subsequent development and implementation of strategic growth programs proven to increase top-line revenue and market share while improving physician-hospital relations and patient experience.
Tommy also led the development and implementation of Tiller-Hewitt’s Provider Relations Management (PRM) TrackerPLUS®.
Tommy earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Kathy Akers is Executive Administrator for Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Her primary focus is on corporate events, training coordination and corporate administrative responsibilities.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience as Practice Manager of a large physician practice, Kathy has a strong and successful background in patient satisfaction, staff organization and is a skilled team builder.
Kathy is a graduate from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with a degree as a Dental Clinician.
In her communications role, Joyce ensures healthcare organizations understand the broad scope of revenue-boosting benefits and solutions that Tiller-Hewitt offers through its industry-leading products and services.
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communication, Joyce brings a wealth of insight from patient, physician, frontline team, and leadership perspectives to her role. As a former team member of BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, she has had a front row seat to the birth and growth of a successful health system and its operations.
Joyce is the former president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), St. Louis chapter, and has received various writing awards. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a specialization in public relations and a minor in journalism from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
With a career that spans over 25 years, Kimberly Brady brings a wealth of leadership experience to her clients. Andrea Curless is currently the Regional Manager/Wellness Coach at Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Andrea’s primary focus is wellness coaching and on-site corporate health promotions.
Andrea draws on decades of experience in the area of health and wellness including sport fitness/exercise/health coaching. Andrea began her career in sales NordicTrack and has spent many years in corporate wellness as a wellness coach and worksite health promoter.
Andrea holds a degree in Liberal Arts and obtained her Fitness Professional Certificate from Pima College. She holds a certification from Aerobic Fitness Association of America in Personal Training, American Council of Exercise Certificate 2002 and her Yoga teacher training certificate.
Kim Grant has over 25 years of business development, strategic marketing, sales and physician relations experience. Her focus with Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies is on developing and managing sales teams directly related to physician alignment/relations for hospitals and health systems.
Kim has a BA in marketing from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio and an MA in Communications Technology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Michelle Mudge-Riley DO, MHA, GCDF is a physician executive and peer coach. Michelle serves Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies in the role of Strategic Partner and Onboarding Physician Coach / Mentor.
Her primary focus is to assist in physician onboarding to ensure that our clients consistently retain top tier talent through effective mentorship. She draws on her medical, business and professional development qualifications, which include more than 10 years mentoring and coaching other doctors through on-boarding and retention programs to assist physicians with change management and organizational engagement.
Michelle holds a medical degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical School and her Masters Degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator through the Center for Credentialing and Education and the National Career Development Association.
Bill Geoghegan is currently a Regional Manager at Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Bill’s primary focus is on developing and managing sales teams directly related to physician alignment for hospitals and health systems. He draws from over 30 years experience in developing and managing physician relations and sales teams.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
Jamie Utt is the Director of Informatics at Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Jamie’s primary focus is client report generation and data integrity. She began her information technology career in manufacturing and soon migrated to health care. Jamie brings over 10 years of information technology experience, seven years of health care experience and four years as a Physician Liaison and Physician Liaison trainer.
Jamie graduated cum laude from Western Kentucky University with Associate and Bachelor Degrees in Computer Information Systems. She was also selected for an internship with Disney World where she attended Disney University for customer service and professional development training.
Sam Van Sandt is the Lead Software Engineer at Tiller-Hewitt Healthcare Strategies, where he spearheads the development of the Tracker Plus PRM platform. With over a decade of experience in engineering, Sam has worked across a range of environments—from nimble start-ups to large corporate settings. He has a proven track record of architecting and building products that drive significant revenue growth.
Sam earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from LeTourneau University in East Texas in 2012. After teaching himself software development, he went on to earn a B.S. in Computer Information Systems in 2016.
Tina Mounce is the TrackerPLUS Lead Analyst for Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Her primary focus is the collection, organization, and accurate reporting of data to help our clients make important decisions and organizational improvements. Tina also assists with new client implementation. Tina brings over 21 years of Customer Service and Data Analysis experience in various fields with 9 of those years in the healthcare industry. Tina is a graduate of Surry Community College with an associate degree in Office Systems Technology.
Hannah was born and raised in the beautiful North Carolina foothills. She graduated as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society from Surry Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Advertising & Graphic Design. Hannah has worked in a variety of fields including education, utilities, and broadcasting and is excited to expand her expertise into the healthcare industry. She loves being able to use her creative skills to design new projects and promotional pieces. She also volunteers her time to help her local church and volunteer fire department with graphic design and social media needs.
