1. Agreement and Acceptance

Using the Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies website, requesting strategic growth consulting services, scheduling consultations, or engaging our healthcare consulting team constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms govern all professional relationships between Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies and clients seeking service line growth consulting, physician liaison program development, physician engagement strategies, organizational growth consulting, physician onboarding support, physician retention services, consultative sales training, or access to our TrackerPLUS PRM software platform. Healthcare organizations, hospital systems, medical groups, and authorized representatives engaging Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies for healthcare consulting services agree to these terms in their entirety.

2. Strategic Growth Services and Consulting Offerings

Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies specializes in healthcare consulting services designed to accelerate service line growth, strengthen physician relationships, and drive measurable organizational growth for healthcare organizations nationwide. Our strategic growth consulting includes service line and organizational growth consulting to identify expansion opportunities and implement actionable strategies that generate measurable increases in patient volumes and physician referrals. Physician liaison and outreach program development services encompass comprehensive assessment of current physician relations efforts, strategic design of high-performing physician liaison programs, and implementation support that transforms physician liaison activities into true business development functions.

Physician onboarding and retention support helps healthcare organizations design effective onboarding processes, develop retention programs that address physician satisfaction, and implement relationship-building protocols that strengthen physician loyalty over time. Professional training in physician engagement and consultative sales equips physician liaisons, business development professionals, and healthcare leaders with skills required to engage physicians effectively as strategic partners. TrackerPLUS PRM software provision gives healthcare organizations access to our proprietary physician relationship management platform designed specifically for healthcare business development professionals.

3. Client Obligations and Consultation Process

Effective healthcare consulting requires active client participation and transparent information sharing. Healthcare organizations engaging Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies agree to provide organizational data necessary for accurate assessment including referral patterns, service line volumes, physician relationship history, and market demographics. Clients agree to engage relevant stakeholders in the strategic growth consulting process and provide reasonable access for assessments, interviews, and implementation support activities.

Initial consultations allow our healthcare consulting team to understand your organization's current situation, growth objectives, and specific needs. These consultations may include early insights about your physician relations program, discovery checklists that identify key issues, and high-level recommendations about potential approaches. Information shared helps us develop customized healthcare consulting proposals tailored to your organization's unique circumstances rather than offering generic packages.

4. Proposals, Pricing, and Service Guarantees

Proposals for healthcare consulting services, physician liaison program development, or TrackerPLUS PRM software licensing are customized based on information available at proposal development. Return on investment projections, growth estimates, or expected outcomes presented in proposals represent informed professional estimates based on our healthcare consulting experience and industry benchmarks. These projections are not guarantees or warranties of specific results. Healthcare market dynamics, physician behavior, competitive actions, organizational execution, and numerous other variables beyond our control influence actual outcomes. Strategic growth consulting delivers frameworks, methodologies, tools, and expert guidance that position healthcare organizations for success. Actual results depend significantly on client implementation, sustained effort, and organizational factors that Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies cannot control or predict with certainty.

5. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms for healthcare consulting services are outlined in the specific engagement proposal or service agreement. Payment may be structured as project fees, milestone billing tied to specific deliverables, monthly retainers for ongoing strategic growth consulting support, or licensing fees for TrackerPLUS PRM software access. Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice date unless alternative arrangements are specified in writing. Accepted payment methods include business checks, ACH payments, or credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law. Outstanding balances may result in suspension of ongoing healthcare consulting services or restriction of TrackerPLUS software access.

6. Deliverables, Intellectual Property, and TrackerPLUS Software Terms

Deliverables created specifically for clients through healthcare consulting engagements including strategic growth plans, physician liaison program designs, and assessment reports become client property upon full payment. Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, training curricula, software platforms, and analytical tools developed independently or used across multiple client engagements. TrackerPLUS PRM software remains the intellectual property of Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. Clients receive licensing rights to use the healthcare consulting software according to agreed terms, number of users, and license duration. Client data entered into TrackerPLUS remains client property, though Tiller-Hewitt may use aggregated, anonymized data for industry benchmarking purposes.

Healthcare organizations licensing TrackerPLUS PRM software receive access rights for the number of users and license period specified in their service agreement. Software access includes user training, technical support during normal business hours, and software updates released during the license period. Clients agree to use TrackerPLUS software only for internal physician relationship management purposes. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or violation of usage terms may result in immediate termination of software access without refund.

7. Confidentiality and Client Data Usage

Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies maintains strict confidentiality of all client information shared during strategic growth consulting engagements, physician liaison program development, or software use. Client information is not shared with competitors, disclosed publicly, or used for purposes beyond delivering contracted services without explicit client permission. Confidentiality obligations include exceptions required by law such as responses to valid subpoenas or court orders. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify specific organizations may be used for industry research or benchmarking reports.

Information clients provide during healthcare consulting engagements or enter into TrackerPLUS PRM software is used to deliver contracted services, develop strategic recommendations, generate reports and analytics, and support ongoing consulting activities. Individual client data remains confidential while aggregated data across multiple clients may be analyzed to identify industry trends, develop benchmarking standards, or improve our healthcare consulting methodologies.

8. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiller-Hewitt and its principals, consultants, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from healthcare consulting services, strategic growth consulting engagements, or TrackerPLUS PRM software use. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
